Important Shipping and Order Processing Information

a) Due to an unprecedented amount of orders, phone calls and emails, we are experiencing greater delays in our shipping of all orders. We thought summer of 2020 was bad, this is INCREDIBLE.

b) At this time, we are trying to limit the number of telephone calls we answer due to the sheer number of product requests and order status checks. When we are on the phone or answering emails, we aren't shipping - and we are trying to ship as many orders as we can every single day. You may leave a voicemail, and we will try to respond back with a call as fast as we can!

c) Rebuild kit orders are significantly delayed, and at this time we are unable to provide an accurate timeline for shipping, because the size and variation of orders is incredibly overwhelming.

d) Our business sincerely asks for your patience and understanding during this time. We are working 18 hour days, 6 days a week to get as many products out the door as possible.

Shipping carriers are also reporting delays once again, with some packages taking twice as long to deliver. We have some customers reporting that some packages are showing as delivered, when they are in-fact still a day or two away, and also the opposite, where packages are showing as unscanned or in-route, when they have in-fact already been delivered. Please pay close attention to your delivery location to prevent theft or damage.
